In October 2023, I joined Leapsome—a leading people enablement platform—as Senior Portfolio Product Manager. By April 2024, I transitioned into a Product Advisor/Consultant role to support Leapsome's ambitious goal of building an all-in-one HR solution. Leveraging my extensive experience in HRIS solutions and my prior successes in refining the Surveys and Feedback modules, I supervised the development of the new CoreHR module.
